UNDERCOATED ALUMINUM UNDER-STRUCTURE Heavy-gauge aluminum cross-members and longitudinal rails help to protect against long-term wear and corrosion while helping to keep the service body at a lower weight. Standard on aluminum service bodies and vans. UNDER-STRUCTURE CSV Under-structure is a fully unitized welding, with structural channel braced and reinforced at all critical points. The inclusion of 6061-T6 aluminum extrusions provides superior strength in key locations. Immersed in zinc phosphate bath for enhanced adhesion of water-based undercoating that meets all environmental standards.
